What You'll Do:

• Build and manage a portfolio of business solutions coordinated with Aristocrat’s Global ERP, BI, CRM, and PLM systems.
• Deliver work that aligns with Aristocrat methodologies, ensuring client happiness and success.
• Develop code, Lightning Web Components, custom objects, Visual Force pages, Apex, reports, workflows, and assignment rules.
• Work extensively with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and Community Portal.
• Apply strong knowledge of CI/CD, automated release processes, version control, and IDE.
• Implement and maintain detailed work plans, incorporating traceable requirements, appropriate controls, and governance structures.
• Collaborate closely with technical leads to ensure high code quality and alignment with Aristocrat’s long-term goals.
• Identify and resolve gaps in skills, processes, and work delivery.
• Customize Salesforce solutions to support critical business functions and achieve project objectives.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, product managers, administrators, and developers to ensure cohesive project strategies and collaboration.
• Develop software solutions using Salesforce.com API framework, custom integrations, and 3rd party APIs.
• Work in an agile team, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and requirements.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce Governor Limits and Code Coverage.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of Salesforce Standard Objects and business processes.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in SFDC Development
• Strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills with minimal supervision needed.
• Proficiency in identifying and applying standards and SDLC concepts across different functional areas.
• Working knowledge of technologies like AJAX, JQuery, and JSON.
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Willingness to work varied hours, including support for Australian and United States business hours with on-call support.
