We are looking for a Sr. Engineer – Quantity Surveyor for our project - Mumbai Metro Line 4 in India.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities :

1. Quantity Estimation & BOQ Management

Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.

Develop and maintain BOQs for various project packages.

Verify quantities submitted by contractors.

Identify quantity variations and prepare variation statements.

2. Cost Management & Budget Control

Assist in developing project cost plans and budgets.

Track project expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets.

Conduct cost analysis and value engineering exercises.

Prepare cost forecasts and financial progress reports.

Prepare and review contractor bills (RA bills/Final bills).

Verify measurements at site and ensure compliance with contractual terms.

Certify payments and ensure timely processing of invoices.

Coordinate with finance for release of payments.

Qualifications

Your profile:

B.E / B.Tech in Civil engineering

10+ years of experience in QS & Billing.

Minimum 3 years Metro project experience is a must
