Job summary

A leading communications firm is seeking a role responsible for MW project rollout in Indore District, Madhya Pradesh. This operational position involves maintaining MW links, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring SLA is achieved. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and prior technical support experience in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of MW networks is essential.

  • Knowledge of MW network, operation systems & manage circle team & customer effectively.

Job Description

The role is responsible for MW Project rollout. This is an operational role that may seek appropriate level of guidance and advice to ensure delivery of Project delivery.


Responsibilities


  • Maintaining, administering, I&C of MW links and troubleshooting equipment.

  • Assisting with and implementing installations as required for new and existing customer and internal projects inclusive of terminations, testing and labelling of most common transmission mediums, hardware installations etc.

  • Ensure SLA are achieved & work proactively to maintain the same.

  • Conduct vulnerability assessments for project implementation as per customer targets.

  • Compile and track vulnerabilities over time for metrics purposes.
