Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Reliability Engineer to lead wafer and package level reliability testing, analyze failure modes, and assess risks across qualification cycles.

The role collaborates with Technology Development for new node deployments and ensures JEDEC-aligned test methodologies are followed. Ideal candidates will have experience with WLR systems, semiconductor characterization, and strong data analysis skills in CMOS device engineering and process integration.

Qualifications

• Experience with package/wafer reliability systems or semiconductor characterization.
• Knowledge of intrinsic reliability failure mechanisms and failure modes.
• Familiarity with statistical concepts relevant to semiconductor reliability.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in handling Package Level / Wafer Level Reliability Systems or Parametric analyzers or Semiconductor characterization.
• Strong background in Intrinsic Semiconductor Reliability Failure Mechanisms and product fail modes.
• Familiarity with statistical concepts relevant to semiconductor reliability.
• Good understanding of CMOS Device Engineering, process integration and Statistical Quality Control.
• Excellent data analysis and problem solving skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors with 2+ years experience or Masters in Electrical Engineering / Microelectronics / Nanotechnology / Material Science Engineering.
