Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain automated testing for distributed applications and connected-service workflows. You will work with C#/.NET, REST APIs, Selenium or Playwright, GraphQL, SQL and CI/CD to ensure high-quality medical software.

You will collaborate with development, verification, DevOps, and product teams to improve release quality and test coverage, mentoring peers while supporting rigorous regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software testing and test automation.
• Strong hands-on C# and .NET programming skills.
• Proven REST API automation experience using .NET libraries and frameworks.
• UI automation experience using Selenium WebDriver or Playwright.

Responsibilities

• Translate product and system requirements into robust automated test scenarios.
• Develop and maintain C# automation for REST APIs, web UIs, and integration workflows.
• Build reusable test utilities, service clients, and reporting components.
• Integrate smoke and regression suites into Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior automation engineers and assist with root-cause analysis.
