Digitide in Bengaluru is seeking a highly skilled SAP BASIS Consultant to lead our SAP system administration and management efforts, with deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, ECC, NetWeaver, and related technologies.

You will ensure performance, security, and compliance across the SAP landscape, handle upgrades, kernel patches, and security patches, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
• SAP BASIS or HANA certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP BASIS experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP security and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with SAP HANA DB administration and Sybase ASE.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAP Cloud (BTP) is an asset.
• Knowledge of SAP PI/PO, BW/4HANA, and GRC procedures is advantageous.
• Basic Shell scripting skills for system administration tasks.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end administration of SAP S/4HANA and related databases (HANA & Sybase ASE).
• Coordinate system upgrades, kernel patches, and support package implementations.
• Configure and maintain SAP Solution Manager, including EWA and vulnerability management.
• Ensure high system availability and manage performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless SAP operations.
• Support regular maintenance activities, including backups and DR drills.
• Manage transport landscape, system copies, and refreshes.
• Monitor SAP services, jobs, and logs, addressing alerts proactively.
• Implement security best practices and coordinate SAP security patches.
