Job summary

Kaseya is seeking a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to design and manage scalable Azure infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for our SaaS platform. You will automate provisioning with Terraform/Bicep, monitor Azure services, and uphold security and reliability standards across deployments.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in DevOps/SRE, strong Azure experience, and hands-on GitHub Actions expertise to accelerate release cycles in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-native architecture.
• Hands-on with GitHub and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.
• IaC experience using Terraform, Bicep, or similar.
• Automation scripting with Bash, PowerShell, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Bicep, or similar IaC tools.
• Manage and monitor Azure services, including App Services, Cosmos DB, Event Hubs, Service Bus, Key Vault, and Application Gateway.
• Ensure operational reliability through monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response.
• Partner with development and QA teams to streamline deployment and release cycles.
• Implement security best practices, including secrets management and identity access using Azure Key Vault.
• Continuously improve automation, deployment velocity, and system resilience.

Position Summary

KaseyaOne is the central hub of the IT Complete portfolio, bringing together a commercially integrated, technically integrated, and intelligent platform for unified IT management. We are seeking a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to build and manage scalable Azure infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation that support our growing SaaS platform while ensuring reliability, security, and operational excellence.

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Bicep, or similar Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
• Manage and monitor Azure services, including App Services, Cosmos DB, Event Hubs, Service Bus, Key Vault, and Application Gateway.
• Ensure operational reliability through monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Docker and AKS or Kubernetes.
• Experience with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Grafana, or similar observability tools.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience building and supporting enterprise-scale SaaS platforms.
