Genpact Ltd. is seeking a Sr. Developer - Automation to design, develop, and enhance VBA-based automation solutions across Microsoft Office apps.

You will build dashboards, optimize processes, and collaborate with teams to meet business requirements in a fast-moving AI and automation environment. The role demands strong coding skills in VBA, plus SAP GUI scripting and SQL, with a hybrid work model in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/CS/IT or Master’s in Software Engineering.
• Strong experience in VBA coding and automation
• Experience with SAP GUI scripting and SAP automation
• Proficient with Excel VBA, dashboards, pivot tables and complex formulas

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and support VBA applications across Microsoft Office suite.
• Create and optimize dashboards and reports in Excel.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into automated solutions.
