Job summary

SaasWorx is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh. You will meet with clients to gather requirements, design configurations, and deploy solutions on the Salesforce platform.

You will code Apex and Visualforce, build Lightning components, and ensure robust test coverage and security. The role demands 5+ years of Salesforce development, strong web tech skills (HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery) and experience with integration and agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree or relevant experience.
• Salesforce product knowledge and 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Experience with complex business systems integration and OO design patterns.
• Experience with core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript and jQuery.
• Ability to solve high-level software and application issues.
• Experience with relational databases, data modeling and ETL tools.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum.
• Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML).

• Perform configuration and customisation of the Salesforce.com platform.
• Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation.
• Participate in the sales cycle as needed (solution definition, pre-sales, estimating and project planning).
• Be willing to be hands-on in producing tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables, status reports, project plans).
• Use best practices to perform operational support, enhancements and bug fixes on the Salesforce.com platform as needed.
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and keep ticketing updated for events, incidents, requests, changes, problems, etc.
• Proactively engage in continuous improvement efforts for application design, support and practice development.
• Provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements and "how-to" questions.
• Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components and Visualforce to extend Salesforce to support business requirements.
• Write test classes and ensure code coverage.
