The Data Product Manager (SAP Analytics) leads the strategy, design, and delivery of trusted, high-value data products for McCormick’s SAP Analytics. This role is accountable for the end-to‑end lifecycle, quality, and adoption of SAP Analytics data products that enable measurable business outcomes — including strategic decision-making, performance transparency, and operational excellence across McCormick.
The Data Product Manager (SAP Analytics) is accountable for the definition, championing, and most importantly, delivery of trusted, high-value data products. The role works as one with McCormick’s Transformation & Technology (including Data & Analytics, Data Governance, Information Security and Technology teams) and Global Business Solutions (including Automation and Data Science & Engineering teams) functions to connect people, platforms, and processes — establishing a trusted, intelligent, and connected SAP Analytics data foundation that supports McCormick’s global growth and enterprise value creation.
Strategic thinking skills are essential to develop data products that create business value and support key business objectives and strategies. By connecting business context with technical execution, the role balances competing needs, prioritizes product backlogs, and ensures successful delivery of data products that achieve business objectives while driving accountability for data quality, governance, and adoption within an Agile, iterative environment.
Influencing and collaboration skills are critical to align diverse stakeholders and advance McCormick’s enterprise data and governance strategy. The Data Product Owner builds trusted relationships across multiple functions including RDQR, Transformation & Technology, and Global Business Solutions, leading through influence and collaboration to deliver data products that meet evolving business needs.
Communication skills are required to articulate data product vision, value, and progress in a clear and compelling way. The role tailors messages to different audiences, ensuring complex ideas are conveyed with clarity and purpose. Active listening, transparency, and structured communication are used to align expectations, secure engagement, and reinforce accountability for trusted, high‑value data products.
