Job summary

NielsenIQ is seeking an Operations professional to join our team in Vadodara, India. You will support data-driven processes, coordinate cross-functional activities, and help maintain accuracy and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment. We value strong organization, analytical thinking, and clear English communication.

A STEM background is preferred. This role offers a collaborative, growth‑oriented setting with exposure to global data analytics and client impact.

• 1.5–2+ years in operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience of 1.5 - 2 years and above in operations
• Excellent organization skills, aptitude to work in team and meet deadlines
• A high degree of accuracy, proactivity and attention to detail
• Good analytics skills and aptitude for data and operational processes
• Project management aptitude (critical path, task sequencing, problem solving, etc.)
• Common business language knowledge (English): speaking and writing with fluency
• Should be from STEM Background: preferred are from Stats background
