Genpact is seeking a Sr. Data Architect - Data Engineering to design and deliver enterprise-scale One Lake Fabric solutions for global clients.

You will lead discovery, architect data models, and modernize platforms on Databricks while guiding client engagements and ensuring security, governance, and high performance. You will own end-to-end data architecture strategy, drive migration from legacy systems, establish data governance standards, and mentor engineers.

• Own end-to-end data architecture strategy, developing blueprints, data models, integration patterns, and data flows aligned to business and technology objectives.
• Drive cloud and data platform modernization and define migration strategies from legacy data warehouses to Databricks.
• Establish enterprise data governance frameworks, defining standards for data quality, lineage, security, privacy, access control, and compliance.
• Define and institutionalize data architecture standards and best practices for scalability and maintainability.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and platform capabilities, recommending strategic tools and solutions.
• Drive platform performance, security and regulatory compliance, ensuring governance requirements are met.
• Serve as the senior technical advisor and client-facing authority, leading technical presentations and workshops.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, establishing Databricks best practices.
