Job summary

Teamplus Staffing Solution seeks a Sr Data & AI Architect to define enterprise data and AI platform architecture on Azure, including Fabric, Purview, Foundry, Copilot Studio, and core Azure services.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define the reference architecture, design standards, and target-state roadmap for the enterprise Data & AI platform on Azure.
• Lead architecture design for data products, AI applications, and AI agents, including models, grounding, retrieval, and lifecycle controls.
• Design integration patterns across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, ERP/CRM/HR/ITSM systems, APIs, and Azure services.
• Establish platform-wide guardrails for security, privacy, identity, DLP, observability, resilience, and scalability with Purview governance.
• Advise solution teams on Fabric, Foundry, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or Azure components.
• Facilitate architecture workshops, design reviews, and record decisions with rationale.
• Mentor teams and build a library of reusable architecture assets and standards.

Sr Data & AI Architect (Azure, Microsoft Fabric & Copilot Studio) - Thane

We are having opening for a Senior Data & AI Architect to define and evolve the target architecture for an enterprise clients Azure-native Data & AI platform. This senior role owns end-to-end design decisions across Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, and core Azure services. The architect will set the reference architectures, standards, and guardrails that keep data products, AI applications, and AI agents scalable, secure, and governable. Working closely with engineering, business, governance, and security stakeholders, they will turn business priorities into clear, actionable platform decisions. This is an immediate opening for an architect ready to shape a strategic enterprise AI programme from day one.

Key Focus Area

Own end-to-end architecture, integration, security, governance, and scalable AI/agent platform design for enterprise environments. Enterprise Data & AI Architecture on Azure, with strong expertise across Microsoft Fabric, Purview, Foundry, and Copilot Studio.

Job Role & Responsibility

• Define the reference architecture, design standards, and target-state roadmap for the enterprise Data & AI platform on Azure.
• Lead architecture design for data products, AI applications, and AI agents, covering model selection, grounding and retrieval patterns, tool integration, orchestration, and lifecycle controls.
• Design integration patterns across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, ERP, CRM, HR and ITSM systems, APIs, and custom Azure services.
• Establish platform-wide guardrails for security, privacy, identity, DLP, observability, resilience, and scalability, aligned with Microsoft Purview governance.
• Advise solution teams on the right technology for each requirement: Fabric, Foundry, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or custom Azure components.
• Facilitate architecture workshops, design reviews, and decision forums, and record architecture decisions with clear rationale and trade-offs.
• Mentor engineering and product teams and build a library of reusable architecture assets, patterns, and standards.

• AI and agent architecture: Hands-on understanding of Microsoft Foundry for AI applications and agents, including evaluation, monitoring, and lifecycle considerations.
• Enterprise copilot design: Experience with Copilot Studio connectors, actions, topics, orchestration, and deployment.
• Security and governance: Strong knowledge of identity, access management, compliance, and operational governance in enterprise Azure environments.
• Stakeholder leadership: Excellent engagement, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills, with the ability to translate use cases into scalable platform decisions.
