Job summary

HealthMinds is seeking a Sr Cybersecurity Specialist to technically lead a product security group and drive vulnerability management initiatives. You will create SBOMs, triage SBOM-identified vulnerabilities, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks.

The role requires deep knowledge of threat modelling, CVSS scoring, and scripting in Python for automation, within a regulated industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent with 12–16 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in product security, threat modelling, threat analysis, CVSS scoring.
• Understand product architecture, identify security gaps, propose security-enabled technical proposals, risk assessment.
• Proficiency in Python or another scripting language; develop scripts to automate vulnerability management workflows.
• Experience in vulnerability management and triage (Vulnerability Assessment Triage).
• Experience working in a regulated industry.
• Familiarity with SBOM management tools (e.g., Dependency-Track).
• Knowledge of medical device cybersecurity guidance is a plus.
• Documentation audit readiness.

Knowledge of software composition analysis (SCA) tools and open\-source governance.
