Responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• 4-7 years of experience in strategy consulting, technology consulting, digital transformation, or strategy and growth roles in a technology business.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, commercial acumen and an understanding of emerging technology trends.
• Excellent communication skills, intellectual curiosity and the confidence to work with and influence senior leaders.
• Above all, a strong sense of ownership - you don't just develop ideas; you make them happen.
• Experience of working closely with CXOs in similar role shall be a plus

Qualification

• An MBA from a leading B-school, preferably with an engineering or technology background.

Experience

• Shape strategy: work with partners to identify growth opportunities, emerging markets, new offerings and strategic bets that can accelerate business growth.
• Stay ahead of technology: can develop a strong perspective on latest technologies such as AI, GenAI, cloud, data, cybersecurity and translate business ideas from these.
• Drive execution: Convert strategic priorities into clear action plans, Bring fresh perspectives, work with leaders to track outcomes and help drive important leadership decisions.
