Job summary

Shashwath Solution seeks a Sr. Consultant SAP HANA DBA in Pune for a hybrid role (3 days in office). 5–8 years of hands‑on SAP HANA database administration experience are required, covering installation, configuration, patching and upgrades.

You will monitor with SAP HANA Studio, tune performance, and manage backup/recovery to ensure business continuity. The role emphasizes SAP Basis knowledge, troubleshooting, and the ability to work independently or within a team to optimize the HANA

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP HANA Database Administration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HANA installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades.
• Experience with SAP HANA Studio for monitoring and database management.
• Strong understanding of database performance tuning techniques.
• Solid experience in data backup and recovery strategies.
• Familiarity with SAP Basis administration concepts.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
