Job summary

Genpact in India seeks a Sr. Consultant- ERC to lead delivery of risk advisory components within client engagements, conduct risk assessments, and develop mitigation strategies.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to refine risk frameworks, mentor junior consultants, and ensure quality and consistency in project outputs across engagements. This role also offers exposure to AI‑driven risk analytics and opportunities to influence enterprise risk programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree holders with domain knowledge in enterprise risk and finance.
• Certifications and frameworks in fraud examination, governance, and security are advantageous.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are expected.
