Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Consultant - Data and Analytics Advisory in Bengaluru to drive end-to-end proposal execution for RFPs and proactive bids.

You will collaborate with sales, SMEs, and leadership, leveraging AI-enabled tooling and data-driven workflows to maximize throughput and quality. The role requires strong analytical skills, business analytics or data science background, and experience with data governance and design thinking.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Business Analytics, CS, or Statistics, or Masters in Data Science.
• Alteryx Designer Core/Advanced certifications preferred.
• Experience with data analytics, governance, and big data tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end proposal execution for assigned RFPs, RFIs, and proactive proposals.
• Coordinate between sales, SME, and leadership to produce compliant, on-time submissions.
• Apply automation and data-driven workflows to maximize throughput and quality.
