Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Strong grounding in investment banking fundamentals with exposure to MA advisory processes and transaction execution. Ability to support end-to-end deal analysis, including financial research, valuation, and preparation of client-ready materials. Proficient in building and reviewing financial models, comparable company analyses, and transaction benchmarking. Experience in coordinating due diligence, data analysis, and documentation across multiple workstreams in a deal environment. Demonstrated capability to apply general consulting skills in delivering high-quality analytical support for senior stakeholders and transaction teams.
