• Direct and Indirect Tax Litigation: Handle matters related to Income Tax,GST, Customs, Central Excise, and Service Tax, including appeals and hearings.
• Legal Advisory and Compliance: Provide legal advice on taxation, CompanyLaw, Negotiable Instruments Act, and IPR, ensuring statutory compliance andmaintaining litigation records.
