Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of direct Campaign Management with international exposure.
  • Deep knowledge of DSPs and ad verification technologies (IAS, DoubleVerify).
  • CTV and programmatic cross-device campaign management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication for senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and data-driven decisions.
  • Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Consultant mindset to troubleshoot complex delivery issues.
  • Strong relationship-building across global teams.

  • Drive end-to-end campaign lifecycle and own launch readiness and delivery excellence.
  • Lead Sales and Client Services Managers to align timelines, creative specs, and performance goals.
  • Oversee vetting of creative assets to ensure platform specs and ad verification standards.

  • Serve as internal SME on CTV ad environments, programmatic workflows, and fraud detection protocols.

Senior Associate – Data Science and Analytics

Work location: Hyderabad

This role acts as the primary bridge between internal operations and client-facing teams, ensuring that high-stakes Cross-Device and CTV campaigns are executed with precision. As a senior resource, the AM is accountable for navigating complex technical requirements, managing diverse stakeholder expectations, and maintaining absolute alignment throughout the campaign journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Ownership: Drive the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, serving as the ultimate point of accountability for launch readiness and delivery excellence.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the lead consultant for Sales and Client Services Managers (CSMs), ensuring all parties are aligned on timelines, creative specifications, and performance goals.
  • Asset & Compliance Leadership: Oversee the rigorous vetting of creative assets to ensure 100% compliance with platform specifications and ad verification standards.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage complex campaign queues and high-volume workloads, maintaining a "quality-first" approach while working directly within DSPs and publisher platforms.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the internal authority on CTV ad environments, programmatic workflows, and fraud detection protocols.
  • Proactive Communication: Lead regular syncs and provide transparent, high-level reporting to stakeholders, preempting potential roadblocks before they impact delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of direct Campaign Management experience and significant client-facing exposure in international markets.
  • Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of DSPs, ad verification technologies (IAS, DoubleVerify, etc.), and fraud detection tools.
  • CTV & Programmatic Expertise: Proven track record in managing Connected TV (CTV) and programmatic cross-device campaigns.
  • Communication & Influence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical Rigor: Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and data-driven decision-making.
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
