Job summary

Genpact in Hyderabad is seeking a Sr. Analyst - Process Analytics for SCM to analyze supply chain data and drive optimization.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, monitor inventory, and negotiate improvements with suppliers, leveraging APICS/CSCP-like certifications where applicable. The role demands advanced English communication, a background in business analytics or data science, and hands-on experience with data analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Business Analytics, Computer Science, and Statistics.
• Masters in Data Science.
• APICS CPIM, CSCP, CPP, CPSM, CSCP (ISM) and IIM Trichy CSCP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance supply chain performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet demand.
• Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts to drive cost savings and improve quality.
