Job summary

Birlasoft in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a Sr Analyst-Infor syteline to support functional consulting for Infor SyteLine, covering end-to-end implementation and ongoing support.

You will analyze requirements, map processes, create BRD, and model business processes. Strong communication and ERP lifecycle experience in manufacturing are expected for this automotive-focused role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a functional consultant role.
• Experience implementing and supporting Infor CSI (SyteLine).
• Module: Estimation, Order Management, RFQ, Procurement, Inventory, warehouse management, Planning (APS Finite/Infinite, MRP), Operations, Pick, Pack, Ship and Invoicing, RMA.
• Team player with strong verbal and written communication skills - both from a functional and technical perspective.
• Experience with ERP implementation/conversion/Rollout lifecycle.
• Experience with manufacturing Industries.

• Having strong analytical reasoning to understand end user’s requirements and able to differentiate between desired and required user needs
• Analyse current and future state business processes and ability to do gap and fitment analysis
• Complete Business Requirements Document
• Construct business process models/Blue Print
