Job summary

Genpact is hiring a Sr. Analyst for Enterprise Risk Advisory in a hybrid setup in India. The role involves understanding project requirements across planning, crafting, implementation, and reporting, with experience in service delivery and team supervision.

International client-facing experience is preferred, along with strong English communication and risk-management skills. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's in Commerce/related fields, supported by professional certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or Statistics.
• Good interpersonal skills in English, both written & oral.
• Experience with T&E tools like Concur, Workday and AppZen; knowledge of T&E policies.
• Should have identified exceptions / non-compliances in T&E.
• Ability to multitask and drive several initiatives in parallel with multiple partners.

• Position requires the ability to work efficiently with all levels of staff and balance confidential information discretely and deftly.
• Must be able to react to deadlines with flexibility and integrity.
• Good PC skills, including Word, Excel, Visio.
