Job summary

CirrusLabs, LLC is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer / Senior AI/ML Specialist to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions with healthcare focus. The role spans ML lifecycle, generative AI, and LLMs, taking solutions from development to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent qualifications and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Python programming skills for AI/ML development and data processing.
• Experience across the complete ML lifecycle, including model development, deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for prediction, classification, optimization, personalization, and decision support.
• Build AI applications using LLMs, Small Language Models (SLMs), embeddings, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern NLP techniques.
• Develop semantic search and RAG solutions using vector search technologies such as OpenSearch.
• Build production-ready AI services, APIs, data pipelines, and microservices.
• Deploy and monitor AI/ML models, evaluate their performance, and ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, technical decision-making, troubleshooting, and mentoring junior team members.
• Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and implement practical AI solutions.
• Monitor deployed systems, support issue resolution, and coordinate on-call support when required.
• Research new AI technologies and recommend suitable solutions for enterprise applications.
• Consider data privacy, fairness, explainability, and responsible AI practices when developing solutions.

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML professional to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions, particularly for healthcare applications. The candidate will work on Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs), taking solutions from development to production.

You will collaborate with data, engineering, architecture, and business teams to understand requirements and build scalable, reliable AI solutions that improve business processes and healthcare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• AI/ML Development: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for prediction, classification, optimization, personalization, and decision support.
• Generative AI & LLMs: Build AI applications using LLMs, Small Language Models (SLMs), embeddings, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern NLP techniques.
• Semantic Search & Vector Databases: Develop semantic search and RAG solutions using vector search technologies such as OpenSearch.
• End-to-End AI Solutions: Build production-ready AI services, APIs, data pipelines, and microservices.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience building production-grade AI applications using APIs, pipelines, and microservices.
• Knowledge of evaluation frameworks for ML and LLM-based applications.
• Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms such as AWS Bedrock or equivalent platforms.
• Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and security.
• Healthcare domain experience and familiarity with relevant data privacy and regulatory
