Job summary

NTT DATA North America in Bengaluru is seeking a Sr AEM Backend Lead to drive Adobe AEM solutions and integration with CRX and DAM. You will design, develop, and optimize web architectures, lead AEM projects, and contribute to presales and estimates.

You will collaborate in an agile environment, mentor junior engineers, and ensure scalable, robust digital experiences across multi-lingual sites. Prior AEM, analytics, and cloud experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience with Adobe Target and Analytics, including custom analytics using a tag management system such as Adobe Launch.
• 5+ years of experience developing solutions using AEM 6.x, with knowledge of Templates, Layouts, Components, and APIs (OSGI).
• 2+ years’ experience with DevOps pipelines for AEM projects.
• 2+ years’ experience working on AWS, Azure, or Google cloud platforms.
• 5+ years’ Experience with Agile project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions leveraging AEM Sites.
• Custom web analytics solution implementation with AEM Sites.
• Analyze and create reports on analytics data.
• Setup and implement A/B test scenarios using Adobe Target.
• Develop digital consumer experiences based on foundation of the AEM product suite, including AEM, CRX, and DAM.
• Translate marketing and web site needs into AEM specific recommendations and solutions.
• Leverage AEM, other state-of-the-art technologies and integration patterns to solve business critical challenges.
• Work in an agile, rapid, development environment.
• Drive project scope and timeline definition based on collaborative needs assessments.
• Design and improve internal development methodologies around Adobe AEM solutions.
• Propose technology solutions that enable businesses to meet or exceed their goals.
• Manage SDLC processes and associated artifacts.
• Design and code from specifications. Analyze, evaluate, test, debug, document, and implement complex software applications.
• Create and integrate content-driven applications on top of AEMs core platform and integrate with commerce solutions and search engines.
• Contribute to presales, solutioning and project estimation.

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Experience:

• Experience implementing technical solutions for B2B/B2C websites.
• Experience in multi-lingual sites, multi-lingual translation, and content localization solutions.
• Experience in working in Adobe Campaign and Adobe DAM.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
