Job Title: Senior Accountant - General Accounting

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team and should have a strong background in General Ledger Accounting, with experience in accounting ERP tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, including profit & loss and balance sheet, and will have a strong understanding of fixed assets, depreciation, and accruals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, prepaid entries, and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Maintain and manage the General Ledger, including fixed assets, depreciation, and accruals.
• Prepare financial statements, including profit & loss and balance sheet, and trail balance.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including reconciliations and account analysis.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information is provided to support business decisions.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3-8 years of experience in General Ledger Accounting, with experience in accounting ERP tools.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including fixed assets, depreciation, and accruals.
