Synechron in Pune, India is seeking a Resource Senior SQL Server / SSIS Developer to support, maintain, and enhance our Microsoft-based data platform as the team advances AWS migration initiatives. The role focuses on SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning, SSIS development and support, SSRS reporting, and related tooling (Visual Studio; Git/Azure DevOps).

Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures and performance tuning (production-ready).
• Experience with SSIS development and ongoing support tasks.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot production issues and perform RCA.
• Experience in SSRS reporting and report design.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio and source control (Git/Azure DevOps).

Responsibilities

• Provide production support and optimization for the data platform.
• Develop and maintain SSIS packages and data flows.
• Create and maintain SSRS reports and dashboards.
• Fine-tune SQL queries and stored procedures for performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage code in Git/Azure DevOps.
