Job summary

Q3 Technologies in India seeks an experienced SQL Developer to design, optimize and maintain large-scale SQL Server databases. The role focuses on complex SQL, T-SQL optimization, performance tuning, and debugging across multiple databases. Proficiency with SSRS/SSIS, ASP.NET and C# is beneficial; strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

You'll work closely with product teams to ensure scalable data solutions and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a SQL Developer or similar role.
• Excellent understanding of T-SQL programming.
• Strong skills in SQL, T-SQL, optimization, performance tuning and debugging.
• Writing complex SQL - tables, views, temporary tables, table variables, aggregation, pivots, case statements, dynamic SQL, multiple joins.
• Managing indexes across multiple databases to maintain performance while scaling designing/implementing tables, fields and stored procedures.
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services and SQL Server Integration Services
• Knowledge in ASP.NET, C#.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Good to have: JIRA Knowledge, Security & Release Management
