Role:

Must have skills

• 1-5 to 7 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2016 and above).
• 2-Strong proficiency in T‑SQL, including complex joins, window functions, CTEs, and dynamic SQL.
• 3-Solid understanding of data warehousing (DW) concepts such as star/snowflake schema, dimension/fact tables, and slowly changing dimensions (SCDs).
• 4-Good knowledge of query performance tuning and execution plan analysis.
• 5-Experience in data validation, quality checks, and audit mechanisms.

Responsibilities:

• 1-Design, develop, and maintain complex T‑SQL scripts, stored procedures, views, triggers, and functions.
• 2-Work on performance tuning and optimization of existing queries and procedures.
• 3-Develop, implement, and maintain robust ETL processes using T‑SQL or SSIS (preferred).
• 4-Collaborate with data analysts, application developers, and business stakeholders to design and implement effective data solutions.
• 5-Support and maintain data warehouse architecture, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• 6-Understand and follow best practices in database design, normalization, indexing, and data modeling.
• 7-Participate in code reviews, database deployments, and production support as needed.
• 8-Provide basic SQL Server DBA support including monitoring, backups, and index maintenance.
• 9-Generate business reports and dashboards using Power BI (good to have).
