Job summary

FIS is seeking a SQL Server Developer to design, implement, and optimize data solutions. You will build scalable databases, ETL workflows with SSIS, and reporting with SSRS to empower informed business decisions.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable data platforms, focusing on performance, data quality, and maintainability across data environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing solutions using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Proficiency in T-SQL, including complex queries, stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning.
• Experience building and maintaining ETL processes using SSIS.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards using SSRS.
• Strong understanding of relational database design, normalization, indexing, and query optimization.
• Experience working with large datasets ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

About the Role
