Job summary

Sonet Microsystems is seeking a skilled SQL/Database Developer to design, implement, and optimize databases and related code. The role focuses on SQL Server, complex queries, performance tuning, and data integrity, with opportunities to work on migrations and integrations.

Ideal candidates have 2.5–3+ years of experience, strong SQL and ASP.NET familiarity, and solid problem-solving abilities. This position offers on-site work in India and a path towards advanced database engineering.

Qualifications

• 2.5–3+ years of experience in SQL/Database Development.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
• Excellent understanding of SQL queries, joins, subqueries, CTEs, views, and stored procedures.
• Good knowledge of database design, normalization, indexing, and performance optimization.
• Experience in query optimization and database troubleshooting.
• Understanding of database backup, restore, and data migration processes.
• Knowledge of ASP.NET applications will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
