Job summary

• Identify and report transcription discrepancies and recurring linguistic issues.
• Develop and refine language-specific guidelines, workflows, and quality standards.
• Prepare training materials and support onboarding of language specialists.
• Review complex linguistic cases and provide expert guidance.
• Analyze recurring errors and recommend improvements to transcription quality.
• Mentor specialists and collaborate with project management and QA teams.

About the Project
