Job summary

FactSet is hiring for Data Solutions Client Services in Hyderabad to support global clients with real-time exchange data. The role requires 0-1 years of client-facing fintech experience and a degree in finance, CS, engineering, or IS.

You’ll interact via email and calls, learn quickly, and work both independently and with teams. Prerequisites include familiarity with stock markets and capital markets terminology, plus knowledge of AWS and RESTful APIs.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of client-facing experience in fintech and delivering real-time solutions.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, computer science, engineering or information systems.
• Familiar with stock exchanges and equity markets.
• Understanding of capital markets and financial data terminology.
• Able to learn quickly, think logically, and work independently or with a team.
• Experience in leading client accounts and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support global clients via email and calls for Real Time Exchange Data.
• Basic network and authentication knowledge required.
• Knowledge of AWS setup and private networks understood.
• Experience with exchange data and other contributed data.
• Design logs and troubleshoot as needed.
• Apply technical QA methodology and streaming data services.
• Work with exchange data products and trading products.
• Hands-on with RESTful APIs and understanding exchange regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• 0-1 years of client-facing experience in the Fintech industry and having worked and delivered Realtime Solutions to clients.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, and/or equivalent.

• Familiar with stock exchanges and equity markets

• Understanding of capital market and financial data / financial terminologies

• A quick learner (including technical learnings), logical thinker, self‑motivated, should be able to work independently and with a team.

• Experience in leading client accounts Stakeholder management experience.

What You’ll do:

• Background in supporting global clients (over e-mail and calls) in the Real Time Exchange Data

• Basic Network and Authentication related knowledge required.

• Knowledge of AWS and its setup is needed. Understanding of working with private networks is needed.

• Experience with Exchange data and other contributed data.

• Log design and troubleshooting.

• Technical QA methodology

• Understanding of exchange regulations

• Intermediate‑level knowledge in either Java or C# technologies with hands‑on experience is added advantage.
