Job summary

Amgen seeks an experienced Oracle Hyperion Planning professional to own planning solutions that support Finance. You will lead architecture, ensure data integrity across SAP, DRM, and AWS, and drive budgeting processes while working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include SDLC governance, data quality, platform reliability, and enabling annual budget and forecast cycles. A strong background in finance systems and cloud integration is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing or managing multiple Planning solutions in Oracle Hyperion (on-prem experience preferred).
• Experience working in DevOps teams, utilizing agile tools like Jira.
• Possesses strong learning agility and analytical thinking with solid attention to detail.
• 4+ years functional experience in financial budgeting and reporting at large corporate environment a plus
• Experience with Oracle DRM or similar master data management tools
• Foster a culture of innovation to encourage resources to evaluate and introduce new technologies that will allow business partners to meet their objectives
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in cross functional teams.

• Own and maintain SDLC documentation.

• Ensure platform availability, performance, scalability, and reliability
• Facilitate and support the unimpeded execution of annual budget, quarterly forecast and Long-range Plan financial processes.
• Work independently, function as a knowledge resource for less experienced team members.

Basic Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree with 8-12 years of Information Systems or Finance & Accounting

Functional Skills

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience of implementing or managing multiple Planning solutions in Oracle Hyperion (on-prem experience preferred). Experience with multiple EPM tools a plus
• Experience working in DevOps teams, utilizing agile tools like Jira
• Possesses strong learning agility (including new technologies) and analytical thinking with solid attention to detail.
• 4+ years functional experience in financial budgeting and reporting at large corporate environment a plus
• Experience with Oracle DRM or similar master data management tools

Shift Information:
