Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Graduate with 5+ years of relevant experience Prior EdTech experience is required.
• Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in developing web applications using Django and Flask.
• Strong experience with API development, RESTful APIs, and large-scale codebases.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks like jQuery) and databases (MySQL).
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Redis, and basics of Linux and Docker is preferred.
• Proficiency in additional programming languages like Java or PHP is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams, ensuring project timelines and quality.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong familiarity with Git for version control.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in dynamic Environment.
