Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional in India to shape our software and tech recruiting strategy. You will build a robust candidate pipeline using LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, and social platforms, targeting both active and passive talent.

You will engage top tech candidates creatively and conduct market research to provide insights to stakeholders, supporting growth in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of talent sourcing experience required.
• Masters/Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• A background in the software industry, with an understanding of today's competitive landscape for tech recruiting.
• Familiarity with relevant tools and programs (applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, referral programs, and job boards)
• Proven track record for successfully identifying and filling technical roles with exceptional candidates in high growth environments.
• The ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and a knack for finding creative ways to hire top tech talent
• Experience in handling product, technology, niche & volume hiring.

What Talent Acquisition contributes to Cardinal Health

Human Resources designs, implements and delivers human resource programs and policies, including recruitment, talent management, diversity and inclusion, compensation and benefits, among others. This function anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs in alignment with business strategies.

Talent Acquisition attracts, identifies and acquires skilled labor to support business needs and develops strategies for growing the organization's talent pool. This family evaluates and screens talent using skills assessments, testing and reference checking, and manages internal and external job advertising and posting. This family also manages relationships with third party recruiting agencies, prospects talent at employment fairs and on campus at educational institutions, and manages new employee induction.
