AT&T in Bengaluru seeks an experienced AI/Cloud Security Engineer to design and implement Generative AI solutions that automate cloud operations, security analysis, vulnerability triage, and infrastructure workflows.

You will develop AI-powered assistants using enterprise data and cloud-native services to boost operational efficiency and decision making, while building robust security architectures for IMS/VoIP on Azure and private clouds such as OpenShift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/IT/Telecommunications or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Python development and IaC with Terraform and Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement Generative AI solutions to automate cloud operations, security analysis, vulnerability triage, and infra workflows.
• Develop AI-powered assistants leveraging enterprise data, automation platforms, and cloud services to improve ops and decisions.
• Build security architectures for IMS/VoIP on Azure and private cloud (OpenShift) in line with AT&T standards.
• Use security tools to monitor cloud environments, respond to threats, and investigate incidents to mitigate risks.
• Carry out security assessments including penetration, malware, and vulnerability scans with vendors as needed.
• Implement and manage IAM policies controlling access to cloud resources.
• Automate scanning and analysis of cloud infrastructure scan results.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement Generative AI solutions to automate cloud operations, security analysis, vulnerability triage, and infrastructure management workflows.
• Develop AI-powered assistants and copilots leveraging enterprise data, automation platforms, and cloud-native services to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
• Develop and implement robust security architectures for IMS and VoIP applications hosted on Azure public cloud as well as private cloud implementations (e.g. using Red Hat OpenShift), ensuring compliance with AT&T and industry standards as well as regulatory requirements.
• Utilize security tools (cloud-native and otherwise) to monitor cloud environments for potential threats, respond to security incidents, and conduct thorough investigations to mitigate risks.
• Perform regular security assessments, including penetration testing, malware scans, and vulnerability scans, to identify and address potential security gaps in cloud infrastructures. Includes working with vendor(s) in identifying, analyzing, and defining mitigation/remediation plans.
• Implement and manage identity access management (IAM) policies to control user and non-user access to cloud resources, ensuring that only authorized personnel and systems have appropriate access levels.
• Utilize various methods to automate the scanning and compilation/analysis of scan results concerning the cloud infrastructure.

Job Qualifications / Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Python development IaaC development using Terraform Azure devops pipelines or github actions development Azure marketplace extensions development Ansible playbooks development Basic shell scripting Version control using git

Preferred Qualifications

• Cloud platforms: RedHat Openshift, Azure Kubernetes Telecommunication: 5G/EPC/IMS/VoIP Networking concepts
