ResponsibilitiesAs an Individual Contributor-The role requires decent technical knowledge (UNIX, Database), business /functional skills. The role involves direct interaction with operations/middle office. Besides of the day to day support, the employee is in charge of projects. Helped by the support manager, resource works on projects which involves coordination and planning but also a direct relationship with the business line representatives/sponsors. The employee is be part of the Application Support team. The PRD team is dedicated to the support of the applications developed for Equity Pricing Calculator. It aims at professionalizing support functions by allocating specific resources to that mission.
