Marsh in Noida is seeking a Specialist/Senior Specialist - Payroll to manage end-to-end payroll for our employees, ensuring timeliness and accuracy while adhering to local labor laws and tax regulations.

You will maintain payroll records, coordinate with HR and Finance, prepare statutory reports, handle audits, and support payroll system upgrades. A strong Excel and payroll software proficiency, keen attention to detail, and discretion with confidential data are essential.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Payroll team at HR Shared Services. This role will be based in Noida. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you:

• Process end-to-end payroll for employees accurately and timely.
