Job summary

Amgen seeks an SAP Solution Architect (Plan to Stock) to architect, design, and implement SAP S/4HANA Plan to Stock across all manufacturing and distribution sites. You will work with Operations IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements, design configurations, and provide post-implementation support focused on MM, IM, PP and QM modules.

Qualifications

• Masters degree with 4–6 years of SAP implementation experience in MM, PP-PI and QM.
• Bachelor's degree with 6–8 years SAP implementation experience in MM, PP-PI and QM.
• Diploma with 10–12 years of SAP implementation experience in MM, IM, and QM.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ERP implementation projects, including blueprinting, gap analysis, testing, go-live, and post-production support.
• Design, configuration, and optimization of Plan to Stock processes in SAP S/4HANA
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4 modules MM, FI, PP, TM, EWM and Ariba
• Mentor architects and team members to ensure effective project execution
• Lead sprint planning and SAFe practices to sustain SAP S/4HANA ecosystem

Roles Responsibilities:

• Participate in ERP implementation projects as part of the physical financial product team, including blueprinting, gap analysis, testing, go-live, and post-production support.


• Design, configuration, andoptimizationofPlan to Stock(Plant setup,MRP, DirectProcurement,Sub-contracting,Manufacturing, Quality, Inventory Management and Batchmanagement, Inter and Intra company STO)process in SAP S/4HANA


• Good understanding of SAP Advanced IntercompanySTO process


• Ensure seamless integration between SAPS/4 modulesMM, FI, PP, TM,ATTP,GTS, EAS,Ariba,and EWM)as well asnon-SAPsystems forplanning,qualityandmanufacturing systems like Kinaxis,MES and LIMS.


• Conduct architectural reviews and assessments toidentifypotential risks and recommend mitigation strategies


• Oversee creationand maintenance of critical documentation such as functional designs, test cases, and user manuals. Ensure compliance withpharmaceuticalindustry standards and regulations.


• Participate in ERPimplementation projects, including blueprinting, gap analysis, testing, go-live, and post-production support.


• Mentorotherarchitectsand team members to ensure the effective execution of the projects and services


• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to deliver and sustain Amgen's S/4HANA ecosystemutilizingthe Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)


• Develop innovative solutions that drive speed to value via AI/ML and leading controlpractices

Basic Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree with46yearsof SAP implementation experience in SAP MM, PP-PIand QM modules


• Bachelors degree with6-8yearsof SAP implementation experience in SAPMM, PP-PIand QM modules


• Diploma with10-12years of SAP implementation experience in SAPMM,IM, andQM modules

Functional Skills:

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-onexperience configuring and customizingSAP S/4MM, IM,MRP, Sub-contracting,andSTO processes.


• Strong understanding ofSAP S/4HANAIntraandAdvancedIntercompany stock transfers,sub-contract manufacturing process.


• Ability to design and implement solutions based on business requirements, includingdebugging and root cause analysis.


• Experience in creating detailed documentation, including functional specifications,test cases, and compliance reports.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• KnowledgeofSAP S/4HANAInboundlogisticsand warehouse managementprocess,Transportation management.


• Experience withintegrating SAPwith Ariba supplier collaboration, IBPorKinaxissupply and demandplanningsystemand PLM system.


• Familiarity with Agile methodologies for software delivery and process improvement.
