The Role

If you’re good at providing efficient and flexible administrative support to the recruitment process as part of the recruitment administration team, and excited to grow in a supportive environment, you might be the person we’re looking for.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

  • Act as the main point of contact for all queries relating to the support function of the account.
  • Oversee account‑specific administration activities including job posting, interview scheduling, help desk support, pre‑employment screening or reference check initiation or verification, candidate care, offer management, onboarding, invoice administration, applicant tracking system updates, and requisition management.
  • Process complex requests and provide support or training, acting as a buddy to junior team members.
  • Manage various ad‑hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process, e.g., updating the Operations Manual or other process documentation.
  • Complete reports and trackers accurately and to deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships between recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and other account stakeholders.
  • Ensure stakeholders and colleagues are continually appraised and updated on relevant processes, including changes, and provide first‑line support for managing and resolving escalations.
  • Contribute ideas and actively participate in projects for cost savings, revenue generation, and operational efficiency (e.g., process and benchmark review, time study).
Skills & Requirements
  • Oversee work allocation and review accuracy of output for other (Senior) Recruitment Coordinators.
  • Fully utilize technology and other rollouts and changes implemented to the team.
  • Ensure data integrity accuracy for self and (Senior) Recruitment Coordinators.
  • Complete tasks within agreed timescales or service levels.
  • Comply with policies, procedures, and ISO standards applicable to both client and AMS.
