Job summary

Bajaj Auto seeks an entry-level engineer skilled in 3D modelling and UG-NX CAD to support vehicle parts design and packaging checks. A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institute with strong academic results is required.

The role involves working on vehicle layout, EBOM preparation, basic DFA/DFM considerations and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure feasible designs and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institute with good academic percentage.
• Consistent academic record with good percentage in SSC and Diploma.
• Proficient in 3D modelling and basic vehicle part design.
• Knowledge of vehicle layout, EBOM preparation, integration and packaging checks.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D models and assemblies using UG-NX.
• Apply GD&T principles to part drawings.
• Assist in vehicle layout design, ergonomics and packaging checks.
• Support basic manufacturing knowledge including DFA/DFM considerations.
• Collaborate with team to ensure design feasibility and documentation.
