You will be responsible for creating efficient workflows, implementing automation layouts, and conducting workshops to improve productivity in laboratory and blood bank settings. The ideal candidate should hold a postgraduate degree with 3-4 years of clinical lab experience and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Post graduate or graduate with 3-4 years experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• 2-3 years experience in a laboratory or blood bank setting.
• Good communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.

• Establish QuidelOrtho as a brand that provides value added services to customers that enhance patient care.
• Work with laboratories and blood banks to help improve efficiency and productivity.
• Create lab designs and layouts that ensure lean processes and workflows.
• Lean layouts/designing as per guidelines.
• 5S implementation.
• Automation layouts.
• Simulations & VMx assessments.
• Conduct Process excellence workshops.
• Work with customers on process improvement implementations.
