Job summary

LTM is seeking an SAP BDC Developer in India to lead analytical initiatives and enable data-driven decision making.

You will design, develop and optimize analytic applications, dashboards, and data models using SAC, Datasphere, and BDC, driving automation and advanced analytics to support business objectives. The role requires strong hands-on expertise and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience with 2-3 years as a Senior Developer or in an SAP SAC/Datasphere-focused role.
• Proven expertise in designing, implementing and delivering SAC solutions for reporting and analytics including integration with SAP Datasphere.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere and SAP BDC for data management, integration and automation.
• Advanced proficiency in SAC predictive features, smart functionalities, story canvases, data blending and linked analysis.
• Skilled in developing unified and governed data models in SAP Datasphere and integrating SAC/Datasphere with SAP HANA and other databases.
• Deep understanding of SAP Web IDE, Eclipse, HANA Studio and Git Source Code Version Control Management, SQL basics.
• Experience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services; Agile/Scrum methodologies desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create analytic applications, interactive dashboards and KPI models using SAC and Datasphere for import and live scenarios.
• Connect, model and harmonize data from SAP and non-SAP sources within Datasphere for analytics and reporting.
• Customize SAC applications using JavaScript and orchestrate data automation in Datasphere to improve data utility.
• Continuously optimize dashboard and application performance, identify bottlenecks and recommend enhancements.
• Drive adoption of predictive analytics and related libraries to create insightful user experiences.

• Create analytic applications interactive dashboards and KPI models using SAP Analytics Cloud SAC and SAP Datasphere for both import and live scenarios
