Job summary

Genpact in India invites applications for an Order to Cash role based in Jaipur/ Jodhpur. You will handle cash application, remittance validation, and end-to-end AR processes while coordinating with multiple entities and ensuring accurate reconciliations.

Qualifications

• B.COM or BBA graduate with relevant cash application experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Solid analytical ability and end-to-end O2C knowledge.
• Proficient in SAP, Oracle and Excel; comfortable with BI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Understand cash allocation from customer remittances and report to the business.
• Process cash applications and allocate payments according to remittances.
• Collaborate across AR entities and monitor ageing buckets.
• Act as SME for AR processes; prefer real estate client exposure.
• Create/update SOPs and respond to client queries or information requests.
• Identify unidentified cash and manage end-to-end cash application.
• Ensure DRR accuracy and on-time processing; resolve disputes with other departments.
• Reconcile orders to customer books and resolve credits/debits for collections.

Inviting applications for Order to cash role

Work location: Jodhpur / Jaipur (Only work from office)

Responsibilities

• Understanding of all aspects of Cash allocation in accordance with customer remittances including deep validation experience and report out to business.
• Cash Application Allocating payments in accordance with customer remittances.
• Collaborating closely between all entities of AR (different entities) and keep track of all aged receivables including current ageing buckets.
• Act as Subject Matter Specialist for the AR processes, complete know-how and understanding of the AR value chain. Experience of working with a real estate client will be a preference.
• Create and update the Standard Operations Procedure and other updates received from time to time.
• Should be able to deal with clients for any query or information.
• Identify and resolve unidentified cash and manage end to end process of Cash applications.
• Process cash application functions to invoices at assigned sites ensuring the DRR (Daily Receipt Reconciliation) is completed in a timely, accurate, and confidential manner.
• Follow up on customer/internal disputes, customer questions and working between departments to get a resolution.
• Reconcile orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customer for collection or refund

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

• B.COM/BBA Graduate with relevant Years of Cash application Experience
• Strong communication Skills (verbal and written)
• Strong analytical skills
• Good experience in Order to Cash end to end processes
• Good understanding of SAP, Oracle & Excel
• Able to navigate through PowerBi or other automated reports and dashboards
