Job summary

Orion Pharma seeks a skilled Semarchy MDM Developer to design, implement, and maintain master data solutions. You will focus on product and business partner domains, then extend to global reference, finance, and asset master data, driving a unified, governed data landscape.

You will customize Semarchy, collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, and integrate with source systems using APIs and ETL/ELT tools, while strengthening data governance and quality across domains.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on with Semarchy xDM or similar MDM platforms.
• Strong understanding of master data management, data modeling, data quality and governance.
• Experience with product and business partner master data.
• Familiarity with reference data management, finance master data and/or asset master data is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL, data integration (ETL/ELT) and API-based integrations.
• Experience with data profiling, match/merge rules, survivorship and stewardship workflows.
• Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver value.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and documentation skills.
• Jira and Confluence experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled SemarchyMDMDeveloperto join our data management team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain master data solutions using the Semarchy xDM platform, with an initial focus on product and business partner master datadomains. Over time, your responsibilities will expand to include the development and governance of global reference master data, finance masterand asset master datadomains, supporting our journey toward a unified, governed, and business-driven data landscape.

• Stay currentwith industry trends and best practices inMDM, data governance, and the Semarchy platform.
• Provide technical guidanceand knowledge sharing to team members and business users.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Semarchy xDI, Azure Data Factory, or similar data integration tools.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, etc.).
• Experience in multi-domainMDMimplementations.
• Agile mindset and familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOPS practices.
