Role Purpose

To act as a key HR liaison for assigned teams, supporting HRBP in driving engagement, employee experience and operational excellence. This role bridges tactical HR execution and strategic alignment for workforce health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Engagement
  • Create engagement calendar for the assigned business units and executing monthly engagement activities (virtual and on-site).
  • Analyze engagement survey results and assist in action planning.
  • Drive recognition programs and wellness initiatives end-to-end.
  • Conduct monthly check-ins with new hires and share insights.
  • Support HRBP in resolving employee queries and grievances.
  • Participate in floor connects and pulse checks.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding experience, track induction feedback.
  • Prepare HR dashboards (attrition, headcount, engagement metrics).
  • Educate employees on HR policies and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR Ops for process clarifications and audits.
  • Ensure updated org. action such as transfer, promotion, designation change, etc with HR Ops. Support
  • Operational work in IJPs process, track, coordinate to per policy
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret HR data.
  • Proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and engagement projects.
Experience
