Job summary

Allianz Services in Trivandrum and Pune is seeking a Data Privacy Expert to strengthen our privacy program, with hands-on work in OneTrust's Privacy and AI Governance modules. You will collaborate with local DPOs and business owners to ensure compliant handling of data across the organization.

You'll prepare privacy templates, review policy frameworks, manage RoPAs/PIAs, and oversee access rights via GIAM, contributing to a secure, compliant environment for customers and employees.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in data privacy or compliance.
• Hands-on experience with OneTrust Privacy and AI Governance modules.
• Support DPOs in day-to-day privacy matters.
• Knowledge of data protection laws and policy frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge and hands-on experience in OneTrust Privacy and AI Governance modules.
• Support Local Data Protection Officers (DPOs) in day-to-day Data Privacy matters.
• Assist Business Owners with AI Governance module usage within OneTrust.
• Review and maintain Data Privacy Policy Frameworks to meet regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review data privacy templates for business needs.
• Support updating RoPAs/PIAs as required.
• Assist with AI Governance module access requests through GIAM.
• Conduct vendor assessments focusing on data processing agreements and security measures.
• Monitor emails from Central Privacy and Central AI mailboxes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge and hands‑on experience in OneTrust, specifically in the Privacy and AI Governance modules.
• Support Local Data Protection Officers (DPOs) in day‑to‑day Data Privacy matters and related tasks as and when required.
• Assist Business Owners in navigating and utilizing the AI Governance module within OneTrust.
• Provide support in reviewing and maintaining Data Privacy Policy Frameworks to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review Data Privacy‑related templates in accordance with business needs and applicable data protection standards.
• Support Business Owners in updating and reviewing RoPAs/PIAs as and when required.
• Assist Business Owners in requesting AI Governance module access rights through GIAM.
• Conduct Vendor Assessments with the focus on compliance with data processing agreements and effective implementation of the agreed technical and organisational measures.
• Monitor and respond to the emails from the Central Privacy and Central AI mailboxes.
