Job summary

LTM is hiring for a GCP AI Dev role in India. The role requires about 5 years of experience and focuses on building Gen AI applications, AI agents, and RAG pipelines on the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform.

You will design scalable backend APIs in Java or Python and lead technical solutions for clients. Responsibilities include architecture leadership, code quality enforcement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet business goals while ensuring security and responsible AI

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Java and Python backend API development.
• Expertise in AI architecture and scalable design patterns.
• Hands-on AI app development with ADK, LangChain, LLMs, and RAG pipelines.
• Proven track record building MCP servers or agent orchestration components.
• GCP Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• GCP Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform Cloud run cloud storage GKE Network Databases
• Build and develop Gen AI applications AI Agents and RAG based solutions
• Build and integrate MCP servers and multi agent frameworks
• Drive architecture and technical solutioning and implementation with client
• Create architecture and design artifacts for solutioning
• Design scalable backendAPI layers using Java or Python FastAPIFlask
• Deploy and optimize solutions on Google Cloud Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform Cloud Run GKE
• Provide technical leadership guide team members and enforce code quality and best practices
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to align architecture with business needs
• Meeting the Security Standards and Align with responsible AI

Core Skills Must Have

• Strong experience in Java Python API development backend engineering
• Strong expertise in AI architecture and design
• Hands on experience in AI app development ADK or LangChain LLMs Agents RAG pipelines embeddings vector search
• Proven experience building MCP servers or agent orchestration components
• Strong experience of Google Cloud Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform preferred
• Ability to lead teams mentor juniors and conduct reviews
• GCP Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform Compute Services Storage Services GKE Network Databases

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI frameworks LangGraph LlamaIndex ADK Agent Dev Kit A2A
• Strong understanding of multi agent systems orchestration
• Experience in multi cloud is a plus
